Continuous Assessment of Students’ Learning

This initiatory is part of DSD’s continuous professional person back upwards for teachers through continuous mentoring. Main purpose is to tape students’ academic achievements through monthly assessment.

Objectives of Monthly Assessment Initiative:

·         To motivate teachers for the implementation of SLOs based Taleemi  Calendar
·         To approximate progress of students on SLOs
·         To render feedback to teachers together with parents on students’ achievement
·         To position issues of curriculum together with its coverage
·         To mentor teachers on assessment
·         To analyze issues  of enrollment, dropout  and educatee attendance
Continuous Assessment Process:
·         During the offset 4 working days of each calendar month DTE conducts a monthly exam inwards course of pedagogy 3,s & 5.
·         He / She completes assessment activity inwards 3 neighbouring schools inwards i hateful solar daytime according to plan.
·         He / She provides respond sheets to other schoolhouse for marking. (Each schoolhouse receives other school’s papers for marking)
·         After collection DTE makes 10% rechecking using software provided past times DSD.
·         He / She enters marks inwards CTSC File together with provides resultant & marked respond sheets to schoolhouse earlier tenth of every month
·         Head teacher’s working is assessed on the footing of indicators provided inwards CTSC File.
Head teachers are required to render amount support, cooperation together with guidance for proper implementation of the assessment process.
