Chris Argyris (July 16, 1923 – Nov 16, 2013) was an American concern theorist, Professor Emeritus at Harvard Business School, in addition to a Thought Leader at Monitor Group. Chris Argyris inwards his majority Personality in addition to Organisation (1957), developed the Theory of Immaturity-Maturity of motivation.
