Harold Koontz (1909-1984) was an American organizational theorist, professor of employment concern management at the University of California, Los Angeles together with a consultant for many of America's largest employment concern organizations. He co-authored the mass Principles of Management (1955) alongside Cyril J. O'Donnell; the mass has sold to a greater extent than or less 2 meg copies together with has been translated into xv languages. His some other mass "Essentials of Management" (1986) is co-authored alongside Heinz Weihrich together with is a long-time best seller.
