Action for Development through Libraries Programme (ALP) is a programme of International Federation of Library Associations together with Institutions (IFLA) to industrial plant inwards collaboration alongside libraries, library associations, partner organisations together with library professionals inwards developing together with emerging countries to deliver relevant, sustainable activities for equitable access to data together with amend library communities. The ALP Programme was launched inwards 1984 at the IFLA Conference inwards Nairobi, Kenya.
